HOW THERAPY WORKS HERE

Therapy in my practice is active, collaborative, and focused on change. We identify the patterns that are maintaining your symptoms and build practical strategies to shift them.

I take an engaged, directive role in treatment when helpful — helping you face avoided situations, test new behaviors, and develop tools to reduce anxiety over time.

Treatment is grounded in evidence-based approaches including:

Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Motivational Interviewing (MI)
